If you delete your account or remove your listing, we will delete your personal information from our active databases within 30 days. Agency subscription and payment records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting compliance purposes.

Big Brother Cams is a voluntary civilian camera registry platform that allows:
Big Brother Cams is a registry and communication platform only. We do not provide direct access to any camera feed, footage, or recording. All footage sharing occurs directly between the civilian and the law enforcement agency.
Registration is completely voluntary. You may pause or remove your listing at any time from your dashboard. Removing your listing does not affect any prior interactions with law enforcement agencies.
You agree to provide accurate information about your cameras, including honest descriptions of recording capability, live feed availability, and retention periods. Providing false information may result in account termination.
Being listed on the registry does not obligate you to share footage or provide access to your cameras. All sharing of footage is at your sole discretion. You may decline any law enforcement request.
Civilian registration is free. You will not receive monetary compensation for being listed or for providing footage to law enforcement.
Access to the civilian registry is granted solely for legitimate law enforcement purposes including active criminal investigations, missing persons cases, and other lawful law enforcement activities. Any use of registry information for personal, commercial, or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Civilian registrant information accessed through the platform must be treated as confidential law enforcement sensitive information. Agencies agree not to share, publish, or disclose civilian registrant information beyond what is necessary for the specific law enforcement purpose.
All contact with civilian registrants must be conducted professionally and in accordance with applicable law. Harassment, intimidation, or improper contact with registrants is strictly prohibited.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BIG BROTHER CAMS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of civilian registrant information. Camera availability, recording status, and contact information are provided by registrants and may change at any time.
We are not responsible for the outcome of any interaction between law enforcement agencies and civilian registrants, or for the quality, availability, or usefulness of any footage obtained through the platform.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BIG BROTHER CAMS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR PERSONAL INJURY.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Big Brother Cams LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or its users. Agency subscriptions terminated for cause are not eligible for refunds.
You may terminate your account at any time by removing your listing (civilian) or cancelling your subscription (agency).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana.
